Super quality, highly recommended. I'm 1.63 meters tall and weigh 70 kilos. I took size M... I'm a bit wide but not very chubby. If you have a lot of belly and my height and size are about the same, then one size up. I fasten it on the crochet hook, first the largest one, but I can adjust one more little by little, that's how the girdles work. Shipping to Spain is quite fast.
