Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Nesseri.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear or damage

Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please contact us at nesseri.contact@gmail.com before returning any item so we can provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is late or missing, please first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund officially appears.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at nesseri.contact@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace or refund your item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
