Processing & Delivery Times

We work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–6 business days within Sweden and 4–10 business days for other Scandinavian countries, depending on your location.

Please note that during holidays or high-demand periods, shipping times may be slightly longer.


Free Shipping

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Sweden — no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees, and you’ll always see your total cost clearly before checkout.


Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are shipped from Sweden with tracked standard delivery.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.


International Shipping

At this time, Nesseri primarily ships within Sweden and other Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Norway, and Finland).
If you live outside these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us at nesseri.contact@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Delays & Lost Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Nesseri cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier service issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Weather or natural events

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
